    Recommend me some fireworks :D

As title suggests really. I am looking to spend maybe upto £40.

I want as much pyrotechnics for my cash as I can get .

Probably include some nice pretty fireworks for the laydeez and the sonic boom style rockets for the guys.

Any suggestions from people? Best place to get them? Or value packs you have seen or had before?

Obviously my first port of call will be Costco

I would try those big warehouses/ cash 'n' carry as you will get more bang for you buck (so to speak)

My partners brother last year spet about £150 on fireworks, and he bought 3 which were in a box which you lit and legged it, it then went of and carried on for a bout 10 minutes, letting of a number of different fire works with a final explosion which destorys the box they were in!!!
Be an optimist - at least until they start moving animals in pairs to Cape Canaveral.

    I am all responsible, I have a cat you know . .

I know someone that can get the industrial strength fireworks, but you are advised to be 50 metres away when they are lit. Now they sound cool, but I ain't as fast as I used to be and my garden is not that big!

    Old fart.

A lot of my local garden centres seem to be knocking stuff out at a discounted price already so it might be worth checking some round your area.

Wont that depend if they are striking or not?!
Better have the hose pipe on the stand by!

I would suggest Garden Centres and cash & carry's, most likely do a better offer. Cant go wrong with rockets and big bangs
Disclaimer - some of the above text may actually be sarcasm (believe it or not!)
