    Twinport? Naturally aspirated?

    hello
    would anyone be able to tell me if my 2003 astra g 1.6 16v sxi is a twinport model or not? also would it be naturally aspirated?

    It is naturally aspirated and dont think it will be a twin port as normally badged up pal

    Open the bonnet and look at the back of the engine from the right hand side, if you see a huge supercharger shaped thing (Its not actually a supercharger by the way) then its a twinport. The thing you see (if you see it at all) is the variable manifold. If you put the hand brake on as hard as you can and try move, the engine should make a nice purring noise. (Or that might just be mine).

    If you don't, its its the x16xe (I think, could be the Z16XE)

    mine is 2002 sxi ecotec its not twinport but its faster than later models
    ITS BETTER TO DIE ON YOUR FEET THAN LIVE ON YOUR KNEES.
