I think my car has been remapped poorly before i bought it, as I bought it from a dealer the history of what has been done to the car is limited to what was in the service pack so I cant confirm if it has been mapped or not. I have had running issues with it since I bought the car and have replaced just about every sensor on the car to not much improvement.
Could I take the car to vauxhall and get them to wipe the ecu and put a standard map on it to see if that makes a difference? would this be possible if the car has been remapped or would it need to go to whoever remapped it to get put back to standard?
I'm just trying to rule things out and get the car running in a way I'm happy with before I start looking for more power from it.
Vauxhall should be able to do that no problem, not sure what they would charge though... be beneficial as theyll also use the most upto date software which as anything electrical like that has bug fixes
