    Rolling road results and advice?

Had the van tested today and made the following...

    Have the current spec
Tx Front mount and hard piping
    Vxr actuator
    Standard gsi turbo
    big pre-cat de cat pipe
    Full exhaust system
    MK5 cdti airbox kit
    Beesons air intake
    Twin core alloy rad
    Tx hose kit
    Regal boost pipe

Any ideas on why low on boost and what are peoples thoughts on the power figures?

That Looks alright to me mate. i had my car RR'd a few weeks ago at 204.5bhp and 219lbs ft torque.

my mods are full 3 inch scorpion exhaust, vxr turbo and actuator, beesons air intake with tx boost pipes and tx FMIC. same boost levels aswell. at the same place! lol

Seems a little low to me. I would have expected 210-220 if not slightly more.

Boost just seems low, any ideas? Waiting to fit turbo and injectors before getting it mapped.

Everyone says it should be 12 max holding 9, ive never seen that and to be fair you've made over book figure so atleast your doing something right.

if its a zlet with the GSI map its 197 standard (bearing in mind that was at its youngest 6-7 years ago) and if its on a coupe/sri-t map its 189 (at its youngest 6-7 aswell)

you've made gains mate, your moving in the right direction.

only mods you would expect gains from would be zorst air filter and cooler thought it would be more though what is it 10-12 bhp up on standard for bout a grand hopefully this with a map would make a big difference as i'm looking at pretty much the same stuff
