    dash lights need help...

Need a bit of advice to do with my zafira's dash.

the lights that light up the dials and the heater controls seem to have died
but the headlight light and the handbrake light etc seem to be working

the only thing that i can connect this too is that we have had a new headunit that we put in on saturday that is brill but had a couple of minor problems with it yesterday so went to halfords, who took it out to do a reset on it so dont know if this could be connected in anyways at all???

    any ideas would be great

    thanks

oh its a zafira a 2.0DTi Sri if that helps at all lol

There is a fuse that controls the dash lighting and fog lights so rather than checking the fuses see if the fogs work.

If they don't check fuse 18

It was the stupid car stereo that knocked it out, any ideas? Could it have been a trapped wire when the headunit was pushed in?
