    water boiling

    the water in the header tank keeps boiling over and the pipes a brick hard with presure can anybody make light of this thanks all

    Sounds expensive.

    Could be one off many things mate.

    Water pump.
    Thermostat
    Head
    Head gaskit
    Heater matrix.
    Air locked

    Mine is near boiling point and tries to overflow / steam big time when releasing the pressure.....but had the head gasket test and it was negative.

    iv goy the same problem. iv changed the head gasket and still them same.

    i had this problem! changed the head gasket and whilst that was off put new thermostat and water pump on along with the timing belt

    iv just done the head gasket and had it skimmed and still got this problem. im gonna change the thermostat and water pump and if no joy i dont no what to do.
