Thumbs Up Intercooler options ? - advice required

thanks for taking the time to read my question (s)

I am looking to replace my FMIC setup, what I have is good enough at the moment but I want an off the shelf kit, I know if it aint broke you don't try fixing it but i have decided i am doing this but did not realise how many options there are.

so, oppinions and advice on the following

Regals new large FMIC with 60mm pipe work
    http://www.regal-shop.co.uk/vauxhall...oler_Kits.html

MidPoint Garage, front mount kit or Forge intercooler kit
    http://www.midpointgarage.co.uk/Z20L...ing-remap.html

    Courtenay MK4 FMIC
    http://www.courtenaysport.co.uk/astr...o/info_24.html

    Courtenay MK5 FMIC
    http://www.courtenaysport.co.uk/astr...g/info_93.html

    PWR kit
    http://www.lmfvauxhall.co.uk/PWR-Int...ira-Turbo.html

I have spoken to a tuning company and I have been told that all the guys running 300bhp VXR's are running 60mm pipework and if I want to be getting 300bhp from my "LET" then I could do with running 60mm pipework, so I am thinking about the intercooler having 60mm in/out lets.

    all comments welcome, advice appreciated

if you got money to burn then any of them are fine lol. theres been quite a few threads about intercoolers and most people agreed that unless youre planning on running 400bhp+ then the jbi motorsport intercooler kit from ebay will be perfectly fine. and theyll give u discount if you ring up and mention the forum! ive got one on my car, not too bad to fit and does the job perfectly fine

(u now get two fans with the kit, not one. its an old picture)

Doubt will fit a mk4 without loosing the aircon

MidPoint Garage, front mount kit or Forge intercooler kit

Forge do seem to be good coolers

    Courtenay MK4 FMIC
    http://www.courtenaysport.co.uk/astr...o/info_24.html

Have heard that they are not that good tbh

    Coutenay MK5 FMIC
    http://www.courtenaysport.co.uk/astr...g/info_93.html

Wont fit on a mk4 without removing the aircon

    PWR kit
    http://www.lmfvauxhall.co.uk/PWR-Int...ira-Turbo.html

Seems a good kit but abit pricey IMO

I am hooked on the idea of the boost pipe running up the front of the radiator and under the slam panel (don't know why) (probably because it is the shortest route)

    JBi do a 63mm kit.....

    how do the fans attach

spoke to Regal and apparantly their cooler will fit with aircon but i will need to trim the lip on the slam panel.

EDIT - crafty gits, Regal have updated their website today as the description for the z20let cooler was exactly the same as the z20leh even the pics were the same - but not anymore

Really cant see that tbh Dave as it looks the same size as the courtenay sport one and i know that wont fit the mk4 with aircon.
