    Coilpack Compatability

    Hi,
    Doing some troubleshooting...Can anyone tell me if a Coil pack from a MK4 Z14XE will go on a 53plate 1.6 twin port. I think It's Z16XEP...but could be wrong.

    Thanks

    sadly mate the Twinport uses different coilpacks

    Z14XE = 19005212 (Also fits X14XE, X16XEL & Z16XE)

    Z16XEP = 10458316

    Thanks Geordie...I thought that would be the case. Other than Vauxhall, can you recommend a place to buy a good one?
    Thanks.

    yes, which engine have u actually got?

    I would always buy genuine GM parts (Delphi, Bosch or Siemens usually for coilpacks) and they would be from a seller on ebay called Vauxhall Parts Warehouse

    Heres 2 examples of the above coilpacks from said supplier

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Vauxhall-Ignit...item2eab2a7e0f

    or

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Vauxhall-Ignit...item27b5843119

    Failing that, Autovaux are also well worth a shot - ring em up for the best results and make sure they are the genuine Delphi branded part - most will be but just make sure

    Also try local factors and Euro Car Parts.... on second thoughts just tried ECP and its coming up as

    XEP = £97.53 for Delphi , no Delphi part listed for other models .... although theres the likes of Valeo listed for about £35 so depends if u wanna take a punt...
