What is this and how do I get one?

    The problem is this...

It's in the rear passenger-side door. It seems to be a hole where possibly the electric window controls for that door would've been if they were included in my model of Astra (Mk4 LS). On the opposite door, the hole is filled with one of these...

I'd like to get another one of these to fill this hole. I don't want anyone dropping stuff in there or, worse yet, anyone getting their fingers stuck in it.

Do these plastic "plugs" have a name? Where can I get one?

Don't bother spending silly money at vx for a s**tty piece of plastic. Get down a scrappy, shouldn't be any more than a quid.

it might save you a few pence if your lucky, by the time you have rung around to find a scrappy who has a 4 door in the first place then traveled over to get and and take it out of the motor down there. Its not worth it, your only talking about £3 here lol.

Plus you know the cover will fit in to place and not be loose etc and theres no risk of damaging it when removing it from another car.

The same type of cap is also in my driver's side front door, so I might be alright with finding a three door instead.

I think it might be different mate, the part number for the 3 door is 90843560
But I know in the past that Vauxhall has given different part numbers for parts which are the same.

Ive not seen one close enough to confirm this.
