Angry interior light loose n rattleing :(

i have tried many things to fix this and they all dont work and know i have 2 subs in my boot the rattleing noise from the light is driveing me mad.
i have the light with the 2 map lights and alarm sensors in.
it fits fine at back but has like a 6mm gap all round the front and half way down both sides.
ive tried bending the metal pins to make it tighter , packed a bit of wood under each one n still loose .
anybody got any ideals on how to fix it before i end up ripping it out of the roof on the motorway n chucking it outa my window.

All you can do is take it out and try to fix down anything loose and perhaps line to roof area around it with some padding.
