For a Change, an Alarm Question

Ive been having the usual flashing indicators(no sound) for a couple of months so ive decided to get a new power sounder and fitted it this afternoon, everything seemed fine for a while but the alarm has activated twice since only now i get flashing indicators and the siren. Have i missed something i followed the how to guide

You may find the siren has to be reprogrammed in via tech 2. How does the LED flash on the alarm when you first set it?

Hi, i checked with the manual and it states if it stays lit for the first 10secs its ok and if it flashes then theres a fault, ive set the alarm and it stays lit solid for 10secs then flashes as normal.

I can only think that the alarms not sending a signal out to sound the siren or a wires broken. I'd get a plugged in to tech2 first to see if that shows anything wrong
