It's standard but don't wanna buy everything to get like 250 then swap everything to get 300 so wanna get everything right first time I'm lookin for decent power car will be mainly used on the street so way ever the standard internals can take really

Well I am currently running 246bhp but trying for 300 ish, I got a couple of bits to fit yet then go for a live map

high flow air filter in a 1.9cdti or 2.2 airbox (do away with transfer pipe)
    pre-cat de-cat
sports cat (milltek / cobra etc)
sports exhaust (milltek / blueflame etc)
    Front mounted intercooler
enlarged tophat, can also enlarge boost pipe

I also have a VXR uprated turbo, Vxr injectors, Vxr AFM, X20XEV inlet cam, NGK platinum plugs (fitted to the 240 bhp z20leh, VXR)

I am hoping to see around 300bhp and lots of LBFT, I am going to get the car live mapped to get the absolute potential and get the power so it is progressive

There is lots of tuners who will offer generic maps, I am now sick of them as I am sure my car can do better on a live map (custom setup specifically for my car)

mine was 220bhp with iridium plugs, 2.2 airbox k&n with a veccy c pipe, 2.5" cobra cat back {loud as F**k}.

then fitted front mount intercooler, new boost control, de-cat and pre-cat and dyno reckons i be around 240bhp ish [thats without a remap also] would be better with it..

Got a almost new Vxr turbo to go on also but cant decide if should leave the z20let turbo on and remap -
so should see 255bhp there abouts
    OR
fit Vxr turbo and raise the boast and get remaped to 280bhp

Well if you wanna keep the bottom end there isn't much point in putting anything more than a VXR turbo on is there?

IF in the near future your plans are to push more power than a standard bottom end would handle then yes i'd go for something bigger. Remember a larger turbo can pump lets say 1 bar of boost with greater ease (meaning less heat) and higher CFM for more power, so running it at 50% of its capacity has its advantages and when you fit a stronger bottom end you simply dial up the boost
