    tx autosport fmic kit advise please

    can any one give me there opinion of the 349.99 and the 399.99 kit which in your opinion is best and wat gains did you see

    are you running over 350bhp? as the 399.99 kit is only really needed over this imo

    currently vxr turbo/injectors/afm ,1.9 air box conv and courtenay side mount ( was on car when i bought it ) milltek cat back 200 cell sports cat , scorpion hi flow pre caT REPLACMENT

    ive heard from numerous people that the tx fmic kits are more hassle than theyre worth fitting wise

    As said above, over 350bhp the the bigger kit, less than 350bhp then the smaller kit is suitable.
    But like said above I have read alot of people struggle to fit these especially on coupes!
    Depends what you want to spend but the PWR kits look really nice and apparently fit very well (well made), as do the courtenay front mounts.

    i have contacted both pwr europe and lmf and neither can tell me what power the pwr kit can handle...it has 51mm pipe work does'nt it? so not sure...........

    from what i have read the kits fit well but the quality of the cooler isnt very good, (its a universal in a flock) and i have also read of a lot of people having issues where the hoses blow off under boost, possibly the crap jubilee clips they send, but still not the point,

    are you talking about the pwr or tx ones??

    Ive got the £350 tx one on my gsi, got it for 310 at pvs. Had to cut the backs of the fogs off but otherwise it fits o.k. havnt had any issues with the pipes blowing off, just remember to re tighten the clamps after 1 or 2 thousand miles.
