What spring to use in my Forge Re-Circ valve!?!

Just about to fit re-circ valve, Have stage 1 map on my car, Green spring enough? I only have yellow and green but I think the yellow spring is for much higher boost pressures right!?!

Just want to be sure before I fit it!

I tried fitting mine last weekend and I couldn't even get the bolts out due to the air con pump. Anyone got any decent tips on how to remove the old one and fit the Forge. I tried cutting down an Allen Key but it wasn't much use...
