    Fuel level sender unit

    Just changed mine over as when on about quarter of a tank it was all over the place didnt have a clue what was in it.

    So I put a brand new one in and its still the same??

    Are they all like this??

    I second this. Having Vectras and Astra Mk4s for the last 10 years I confirm Mk4 Astra fuel gauges are cr*p whereas Vectras are brilliant.

    I find when i have a quarter of a tank the fuel light comes on for about 5 minutes when i first start off and then goes off and says the correct amount so yes its probably normal
