On the 24th of this month, I sent out a parcel, royal mail first class recorded. yesterday I got an email from the buyer saying that he hadn't received it. So I supplied him with the tracking number. I have also checked the tracking number, and it has been delivered and signed for. Now, the name in the printed name box on the site says Shakila, which is the surname of the recipient, and it was delivered from the new maldon sorting office, where the parcel was headed. I am smelling something fishy here to be honest, I think he is trying to get a refund. I may be wrong, but what are the chances it has been delivered to the wrong address? as he is stating that he has checked his neighbours and they havent had it, and he doesn't know who's signature it is.
What do I do? I cant afford to give him a refund and be an item down.
