Hi ive just done the head gasket on a 2004 'g' astra 1.7 diesel that ive bought. the gasket was done because it overheated and warped the head - was blowing between 1 and 2, had it crack tested and skimmed. just got it all back together, and there is quite a bit of water in the oil.
Ive searched and there seems to be a common problem with the oil cooler and getting oil in the water. is it possible that water can get into the oil through this? or is it more likely some thing ive done.
