    Hesitating/Spluttering on acceleration

The past week, my car has been slightly stuttering on initial acceleration for a few seconds.... almost as the engine would do when running out of petrol... or when in too low a gear.

Nothing has been changed or removed recently, and no faults are currently being shown.

Can anyone suggest where this fault orginates, and how I can therefore go about sorting it?

    Thanks in advance

Has it been well maintained? Last service? Check throttlebody for gunk and clean. Probably a new EGR (delphi part) will fix it. Fixes everything else lol.

Yes it as been well maintained, albeit just a week off giving it a full makeover (new timing belt, oil, filters etc...)

I'll have a look at the throtlebody in the morning, and clean it up.

Couldn't make my mind up whether it could be the EGR or AFM producing slight faults, hence the slight spluttering.

    Cheers
