Center console bit with boost gauges etc?

Hey one of the previous owners on the car has had all the center plastic part that runs down the middle of the dash around the display screen, cd player right down to the handbrake resprayed in black but has done a SUPER LAZY job at it and all bits of dust have stuck to the paint as it was drying so it looks dusty all the time and overall looks cheap and nasty.

was browsing the net and ive seen a few people's center console surround have built in gauges on the top? How'd they do that? Wasn't sure what to search for so I made a new thread.

heres a pic of an Australian members (hott4u) dash that I'm on about

    thank you sir's

oh that sucks! thought u could like...buy the middle bit with the gauges already on it or something. Would anywhere do that kinda work? Or is it more of a diy only job? just tired or looking at this poor respray job and wanted something fancy looking
