    Jacking points with a trolley jack

    where do you jack your car with a trolley jack? here is how i did it today, is this underneath a main beam of the chassis?

    the standard jacking point is slightly further back and to the left in this pic, the wood block covers one of two round rubber plug things (the other is to the right).

    front - front engine mount
    corners - on the rail where the jack covers are
    rear - rear axle
    04 Astra Sri - Silver - Full red leather interior - Star light roof lining - 888 wheels - lowered - ice - exhaust - quite a few other little things.

    dont know why someone closed the other thread you posted on as that was the last relevant thread on this. You got it right there mate just need a slightly bigger block that also catches the sill as well
