I recently bought Astra G 1.7 DTi year 2002. When you turn the ignition key these dash lights are missing on my car: Electronically controlled engine cooling (the one with the radiator and a fan), Oil pressure and Exhaust emission.
I have disassembled my dash and measured if there is any voltage coming to the diodes for the corresponding dash lights. There where no voltage coming to those diodes, also checked resistance of those diodes and it was similar to others (around 1600 Ohm). I guess this probably means that diodes are OK. I also checked the wiring coming to the dash and it seemed OK (no cut wires or something like that).
What could be the problem here? Should those lights light up after turning the ignition for 1.7 DTi year 2002 Astra?
