    reasons for dv???

    not a clue when it comes to things like this, so, as per title, what are the advantages of a dump valve? and any disadvantages?

    I would leave them off with the std turbo's
    and stick with the Oem setup's
    can you fit the uprated jobbie into the Z/A20NET ???? turbo dont know what engine you have

    its got A20NHT, just looked in the book. as i said, i havent a clue on dv etc, so i would have the foggiest as to whether i could fit one

    no but prolong the life of your turbo as all that pressured air the turbo created can damage its internals the dump valve "dumps the air out in a safe way

    all a dump valve done on my gsi was made it run like crap, i have since giving up on them and just run a std dump valve, its much smoother and less laggy after a gear change.
