    map sensor from front mount

    got new boost pipe and a universal front mount..

    anyone one got any idea of how i can modify the pipes for my map sensor to fit/work? (any pics)

    what happens if i ran it without the map sensor?

    use the mk5 map sensor pipe - thats what most ppl (including me) have done

    oh and dont run without a map!!! its like not running without an AFM or other vital boost/fuelling related sensors.

    you could have a boss welded into one of your boost pipes and hidden out the way, but for ease and convenience the mk5 pipe is ideal

    either OE black plastic or a stainless version from one of the tuners or TX or the various sellers on ebay etc

    sizewise its just standard so i would assume thats 57mm I/D

    so if go vauxhall for that part number will i just get the pipe or sensor too?

    will it fit with 63mm pipe work?

    thats just the pipe

    u just re-use ur original sensor

    if ur using 63mm silicone for instance yes it will fit but just clamp down a few mm extra than the original size. nothing major though

    The pipe 55560513 used to come complete with the MAP sensor, is this still the case?
