Recaro GSI Seat Bolt - Part Number Request

Whilst fitting my GSI interior to the Coupe I managed to round off one of the tox bolts that holds the rear of the subframe down to the floor. I had to whack a socket over the top of it to tighten it up which has left it slightly looser than the others and leads to a horrific squeak.

I went into my local Vauxhall to buy another but after presenting me with an exploded diagram of the seat the parts guy was unable to identify which bolt on the diagram was needed. We narrowed it down to two but with a minimum order of 10 of each I would have needed to buy 20 bolts at over £14 and he couldnt guarantee even then that I'd have the correct bolt.

Any help on the part number or where to get one from would be much appreciated.

just grab some M8 cap head socket bolts from screwfix

    thats what i use

    30mm should be long enough

Just checked EPC and they are exactly that (M8 x 30) just get a back full (think smallest is a bag of 50 but only a few quid) and replace the lot whilst ur at it - so u dont have problems next time

Standard bolts are boggo M8, as all the do is hold the back of the runner down - the BFO metal hooks at the front provide strength in the event of a crash

    Your reply is fine

Just wanted to make sure that they arent any special strengths cos i have a few rounded ones that wouldnt come off when i wanted to so just left it. Now i know i can just replace with standard.

Thanks for the help people, I thought this would be one of those threads that would sink without a reply and without a trace. Time to sort out that damn squeak now.
