Arch rolling/spraying in or around Cumbria?

My rear arches need de-rusted and re-sprayed, but unless I change the wheels they're going to scuff to hell again, so anyone know of where around here can do decent arch rolling and re-spraying?

Anyone got any ideas? Is this something body shops can do or is it more specialist?

Gates Tyres? Are you sure they won't just roll it with a mallet?

that'd be true for the powerflow side of the business, but the wheels/tyres side are spot on in my experience

Worth a punt so to speak, want my wheels balanced anyhow once the wheel bearing is changed!
