z20let vernier timing gear for use with xe cam

what do you guys think of these ,
it enables you to time the cam back by half a tooth (full tooth if you want and keep standard time marks ) to make the most out of the xe cam . I have made a few of them now so i thought i would share it with you

it is made from a standard pulley so it still has the standard steel profiled outer

7 bolt pcd fixing locks the centre in place and the centre is also spigoted onto the outer to ensure that both items stay in true to each other

the centre is CNC turned from billit aluminium and the allen cap heads are all zinc plated high tensile with spring washers

i plan to do them on an exchange basis price tbc but it will be a good price as always i promise

im pretty certain this will not slip at all . a lot of these only have 3 bolts !!!! good ones have 5 bolts , and mine is belt and braces safe at 7 bolts . but your right in being concerned in that area mate

interesting concept but id be a little weary fitting such an untested important part

no disrespect meant of course, as im a big fan of a lot of your products, just think for the price (even though no price mentioned yet) i doubt its a massive difference compared to that of one from the leading brands..

certainly a good idea though so good luck with the project
