    another alarm issue

i did use the search facility and found a potential fix which i will get cracking with tomorrow. thanks guys and girls

as a temp solution which is working so far, if ive found that locking the car manually with the key has worked. it went of loads last night, and again today but since i locked it with the key it hasnt. it might not even be the same cause though....

i have a cabby and i found a cat sat on the roof lol is this likely to set off the alarm?

this is a repost, i originally posted in the wrong section but it belongs here

Locking the car with the key in the door still switches it on so not sure why it's fixed it for now

If the cats fat and having fun bouncing around it could cause it to go off

Only way to be certain is to get the car tested via tech2

It's going to be a main dealer or vauxhall specilist like LMF or autovaux that will stock theser

Thats just saying there's a fault with the alarm

As i've already said about only a tech2 test will show the exact fault
