    Silverline Car Polisher

Hi can anyone reccomend the silverline car polishers as seen on ebay?

Dont need it for trade purposes, just my own car.

Are they a good buy that will do a good job of polishing or am I better avoiding them?

    Opinions please.

I wouldn't recommend you go straight onto your own car first with a rotary, as a beginner. It's car too easy to burn through the paint with a rotary. If you're going to get one, I recommend getting a body panel from a scrapyard and practicing on that first.

But the Silverline machines are good

Bye bye VXR Castle Combe Edition - because it's done more laps of Castle Combe than most Bergs have of the Ring

cheers Gaz, I'll make sure I use a very fine polish and a soft pad and wont be pressing on to hard. I read somewhere the paint is a bit soft on the newer vauxhall models.
