    What tyres do you have?

Got pulled over friday for a random stop.

Turns out both front tyres are illegal (woops). I totally forgot about checking them after pvs! anyway. the copper let me off, luckily as 3 points each tyre = 6 points = license revoked.

Anyway... i wanna know what tyres are the best. Been considering Yokohama Parada Spec 2's but heard there not great in the wet.

Anyone wanna shed some light on which tyres are the best...

Prices not really coming into the equation as i get them dirt cheap anyway.

    Comment away!

Michelin PS3, pricey but a fantastic tyre wet or dry.

my tyre of choice is the Toyo Proxes 4. Great tyre in the dry, pretty good in the wet, though I never cain it anywhere tbh. Wear on them seems good, since I fitted them last September and there has gotta be 7mm left in tread. N doubt I will be told they are not that good, but I like up. Not just for their performance, but they look good too
Probably the ONLY Astra Mk3 sitting on Corsa D SXI rims!
And Now a Diesel on Discs all round!

Pricey for road use. Good for track though.

Proxes are a better compromise for road use.

Or Goodyear eagle F1's... on my Z3 there are superb!

the trouble with threads like this is that there are so many tyres that there will always be lots of different opinions, not to mention that although people have said Proxes, there are 3 different tyres under that name from Toyo,

    Proxes T1S
    Proxes T1R
    Proxes 4

just thought i'd point this out
