eh? where's the correlation between number of sales and quality of product? it just means there are plenty of lazy people who have £15 to spend on something that may or may not do what it says on the tin.

surely if the product was that good we would have detailers ranting and raving about it! is there anyone whos used it or any detailers know of the product to give a review?... not that i dnt believe the seller and not that i would be wasting the money in this!

Hmmm, i'm not so sure about that...there's always a first for everything!

Even Dodo Juice was a baby product once, before it was 'discovered' by the Detailing community.

Anyways...I couldn't really read that ebay page, I don't know if it was just me...but his text was spread out over like 3 screens or something...I kept on having to use my scrolling arrows!

And PTFE? Isn't that the stuff plumbers use?!?

Nothing wrong with being lazy. If thers a magic product that saves more time for eating chocolate Hobnobs.

Oh and should that magic product ever come along do you really think any proffesional detailer is going to tell you about it and do themselves out of earning money?

Dont for one minute think that product will be the magic potion tho. Would you want to buy from someone who's made such an awful job of listing the item on eaby? Needs to POLISH up his typing and presentation skills me thinks.

You'll find it used absolutley everywhere; it also goes by the brand name of Teflon.

Taking a note from the wikipedia entry (I know, I know but let's assume it's true); it has a "coefficient of friction [of] 0.1 or less, which is the second-lowest of any known solid material (diamond-like carbon being the first). PTFE's resistance to van der Waals forces means that it is the only known surface to which a gecko cannot stick."

This would seem to give a few of the claims some basis but I doubt this stuff is ready to be used on cars yet; I just can't see a decent enough and permenant application being possible.

^^^^ It is and they also use used for moving the sections of that bridge in France but just can't remember its name.

I have read the advert and the facts seem to run true just not sure it will work the same as a wax for the car but useful in a pedestrian accident as they will just slide straight over the car, lol
