    100 if i lose more weight than my boss....HELP!

    Ok, on friday me and my boss had a bet, whoever can lose the most weight by the 9th of August wins 100. After taking the bet i thought to myself i have zero idea how to lose weight, my boss has a fair beer belly, im more stocky (think rugby player) and dont have even a quarter the gut he does! So this makes me think, where am i going to lose the weight from?

    I need advise on what to do, should i just go jogging every other night? maybe sit ups to?

    What about food? my diet is not great, i cannot cook full stop?

    Drink? i dont drink beer or much alcohole at all, i also dont drink alot of anything, whats the best drink to drink to aid weight lose?

    Any help would be great....

    Going for a run after the football, what a good distance to aim for?

    Oh and i am 103.2kg, am i expecting to much to get to 100kg by the 9th?

    if he is heavier he will lose it a lot quicker than you. would have been a better bet saying who can lose the most percentage of body mass. if he is carrying more weight he will theoretically lose more than you (assuming you both eat the same etc etc)

    He has defiantly got more fat on him than me even though he is lighter @ 97kg and I was 103kg, I know that he will not make the effort Im going to do, he might have 2 rounds of bacon sandwiches instead of 4, I want to win the 100 convincingly now

    Cut out snacking, stick to your 3 meals a day, drink plenty and start exercising, a lot!

    Drink lots of water, try not to drink anything other than water really.

    Eat often but little, maybe 6 meals a day but only small meals and eat plain foods. Chicken, Lettuce, Mince Beef, Onion, Tuna, simple things but all in small portions.

    Don't have any sorts of sauces such as ketchup or mayo and do lots of Cardio exercise (Running, Cycling, Cross trainer if you hit a gym etc, Swimming also is very good).

    If you work hard then you'll get under 100kg easy I would think! The first stone or so is the easiest to lose! I fluctuate a lot in my weight but am also quite stocky, come in about 14.5-15 stone but when I hit the exercise then I drop to 13.5 very easily, then it gets much harder to lose after that!

    Healthy eating is defiatly the key mate you wont loose weight doing sit ups as this just creates/tones muscles the easiest way i found was to eat 6 times a day but in small portions this way you are less likely to snack on crap. going for a jog will help so will eating wholegrain bread and pasta instead of white. If your eating meat try to go for a better, less fatty cut turkey is a good start. Plenty of waterwhich will keep you refreshed which means your more likely to want to go for a jog. Try walking for a min then jogging for two mins over a 40 min period gradually increasing the time you jog for. Good look mate
