Car Covers (to protect against bird and insect sh1t)

    As title.
I live in a tree-lined road and my car is parked on the road (no drive).

During the summer months especially we get a lot of bird droppings and insect sh1t from the trees (the thing that people call tree sap - but apparently it's more to do with insects eating the leaves and then sh1tting down).

I've had enough of washing my car and leaving it for a bit only to find it shat on from above overnight/after a few hours.

Can any recommend any decent car covers for my car? I've seen a couple in Halfords and Argos for between £15 to £20.
I'm thinking it will only be mainly for overnight covering, maybe during the summer months, so moisture building up under the cover and rusting the car shouldn't be a problem, no?

the ones from halfords, argos etc will be a big crisp packet with elastic in them. If you're going to get a car cover, do it properly and get a lined one that's not going to scratch the paint.

Bye bye VXR Castle Combe Edition - because it's done more laps of Castle Combe than most Bergs have of the Ring
