    VXR Injectors

    Just a quick question.
I have a 2006 Astra SRI 2.0 Turbo, i have a regal eds ipf unit and is mapped at the moment to my car, if i buy some vxr injectors, will the regal unit be able to set them up?
    Cheeeers!

You'll need a map that's specifically written for the VXR injectors.

Plug the IPF into your PC and see what maps are available. Its possible with the LET version, no idea what options there are on the MK5 maps.

Depends what stage of map it is. On the LET its stage 3 so would take the car to 265-280bhp. Obviously to use phase 3 on the LET you also need intercooler + LEH turbo. But the IPF will tell you what mods are needed on your engine.

LEH is the VXR engine, yours will have the LEL (or is it LER, one is the 170BHP SH engine, other is the 200bhp 5dr, can never remember which is which) unless you have done a transplant OFC.

It will say if a LEH turbo is needed.
This is the LET map list, as you can see LEH (vxr) turbo is needed on the later stage 2, 3 and 3.5 maps. Would imagine the LEL map list is similar, or not?

The injectors alone will give you nothing extra, they are only used at higher states of tuning becuase the standard injectors reach their maximum duration and can not flow anymore fuel.
