    No memory :(

    Hi, I have a 7" pop out dvd player, when i 1st put it in the car it was fine however the last few days it has no memory. all the wires are where they should be but it just dont seem to save anything after i take the key out.

    Any ideas ??

    swap the red and yellow wires round.

    hi mate, i tried that allready & all that happened was it stayed on even when the ignition was off but still didnt solve the memory issue. Weird really lol

    Wharfedale WCV2601 mate. I did check in the user guide & look at the wiring diagram & everythings as it should be. it happened all of a sudden so to be honest im not 2 sure why its got no memory cos wen i 1st put it in the car it was working fine :S

    might be a fault in the unit then mate. you got a test lamp? check you are still getting a constant live into the unit. if your not getting that then thats your fault. if you are getting a constant live then its a fault in the unit.
