    mk3 v6

    ive still got the standard gsi lowering springs on my car but now its got the v6 engine in will i need to upgrade the springs ? will the ones out of a calibra v6 fit ??

    Calibra V6 springs will fit right on. Probably an idea to look at swapping them over with the V6 being a heavier engine than the likes of the 2.0 16v;s

    yep

    yep what i was thinking the front end dont feel to right at all at the min plus you can here the springs are under pressure when your parking

    You sure that the strut top bearings haven't siezed up, many MK3's have carried on using big block springs & never had an issue.

    However V6 Springs if your worried.

    why would it snake at 80 mph would that be cos the wrong springs are in ??? everything is new dont no what else to try other than springs

    Snaking at 80 sounds like there is something loose, check the track rod ends are ok and tight, how bad is the snaking? also check the tracking.
