    red liquid coming from engine.

    Think the engine is bleeding..







    Anyone know what it is, why? and how to fix it?
    car still seems to be running fine.

    I'd say you got a coolant leak...possibly from the thermostat housing....

    Well i had another look today and it seems to be coming from the bolt, I did tighten 2 bolts up a bit, but i was think maybe a crack somewhere? or it is really a loose bolt?

    the lower bolt in that pic just holds the dipstick tube to the block....

    the housing bolt above look pretty clena and dry

    True, the thermostat is clean, looks like is comeing from the big thick bolt,

    Think i'd be replacing the rubber seal on the housing to start...cleaning all the crud off and monitoring if it happens again...
    the larger bolt in the last pic is one of the exhaust manifold bolts, so hopefully it is the rubber seal on the thermo housing and is just running sown around that area...
