    ECN error code 111505

As per title i have this code come up on my pedal test.

I cant get op-com to test the interface and work properly so can't diagnose it myself. So if anyone could shed some light that would be good.

I have a feeling its to do with my Immobiliser but not 100%

When i drive my car the little car light with a spanner through it flashes up. It stays on permanent for a bit (even though im driving) and then will go off.

Happens about 3/4 times per drive. Would have thought if it was the immobiliser it wouldn't let me start the car.

Also if anyone could shed some light on opcom that would be good too. It comes up with "interface test error" and won't do anything. When i try scanning my ECU's it just says interface comms error"

It did have FW 1.39 running 081016 software but doesnt always work. I would like to revert it to FW 1.33 (which ran perfectly) but can't find anything of flashing it back.

    Cheers

    hmm ok.
Any ideas on where the sensor is located?

It likes to flicker on and off (depending on if i have the AC on) but generally stays on most of the time at the mo.

If its attached to the rad i wonder if it would be fixed FOC by Vauxhall as they replaced all the engine cooling and AC when i had my front end smashed.

Just to inform you this P1115 code relates to the ECT on the radiator.

Ive been looking at TIS and found there was a field remedy (1811) for the routing of the harness between the AC compressor and the ECT. There were reports that the pulley belt was rubbing the casing away.

Anyway when my car went in for the accident repair (back in Jan) it was fine and as they have replaced the radiator they didnt put the wiring back in the correct place.

As a result ive just spotted that i now only have 1 wire and no protective covering as it has been rubbed away - hence pulling up the fault code.

*off 2 VX to get it replaced FOC!* (update when i know more)

Well i took it to VX this afternoon and they "repaired the wiring" by resoldering the wire and taping it up then routing it to correct place.

While they were doing it they managed to loose the functionality of my AC and CC. Their service guys had gone home by the time i found out and so ive gotta take it back again for them to tech2 it.

Great fun! Weekend of hot weather without AC
