    What engine is what?!

    Can anyone tell me which engine is which. EPC says my car has Z16XEP, but the images im seeing on the net is different to mine.

    I have the engine below.

    XEP is a twinport inlet design whereas the XER utilises (sp) variable camshaft timing to create more low down torque

    Twinport means the ecu can control the inlet manifold runner lengths to create more low down grunt

    Variable valve timing is a different way of doing to same thing but with more of an effect

    So I have the better engine 1.6VVT? any ideas what the power of it is?

    yeah the VVTi is a peach of an engine

    125bhp i believe.
