    inlet manfold

    Hi all
    got my inlet manifold 2day finally and thought id go ahead and take the standard inlet off .... Oh f*** how many pipes and plugs? Well I got it off and pulled everything off of it.Unfortunately I havent a clue where/how to put them back?Is there a how to or guide to where the cooling pipes go etc? Cheers all!

    what type of inlet manifold have you got m8 and what engine??

    ive got an x20xev engine and the manifold is the dbilas one.. cheers

    pretty much everything only goes in one place (thats on the 1.4 and 16.6's though), maybe take a trip to a scrappy and copy from one there

    hmmmm, I`ll take a few pictures and post them here. There are alot of tiny vaccuum pipes that seem to have nowhere to go? i think i know which bit to put the coolant hoses right next to the icv but then there are two HUGE inlet pipes on the top and bottom of the dbilas throttle bodies what the feck are they for? can i blank them off?
