    braided brake hose

was wondering if someone can shed some light on this, i am wanting to change all my brake hoses on my car Astra coupe turbo, on the rears how important is it to change the copper pipes, i only ask as courtenay sell the rears with the copper pipes in a kit and camskill performance dont, also camskill is a lot cheaper

    thanks

copper pipes only need replacing if they are rusted and/or leaking. I've not replaced the copper pipes as they were fine when i fitted my braided hoses. I'd buy from Camskill, and if the copper pipes do need replacing, it will be cheaper to buy them from a local manufactor or make them if your have the tools.

    Be careful!
On some of the coupes the copper pipes at the back are permanently joined to the rubber hoses and HAVE to be replaced if you change to braided.

If they are standard copper pipes you can just unscrew them and put them on the braided hoses.
