Adam, I have heard people mention poorboys blackhole that is supposed to have filling properties for light scratches, swirl marks etc... I am not sure how effective it will be for minor stone chips but it may work.... GazTD is your man.

This is the product in question which is good for dark colour paintwork..

thanks mate, there are no swirl marks or scratches its just the little annoying stone chips that when waxed stand out like a sore thumb. white dots on a black car are very easy to see lol,

Have you thought about maybe filling the chips in as surely a couple hours with a needle applicator filling them is better than seeing them?
There is NO wax that has a colouration in it when applied will not do this , even zymol ebony once applied will look translucent because if a wax has a true coloured property then it would give an opaque apperance which then mutes and masks which is the opposite of what a wax should do , any wax of any colour once applied will make no difference to the visual apperance of a stone chip.
If you want a good wax for black then try Petes53 from chemicalGuys.

Vics Concours is good, but Natty's really doesn't have much in the way of longevity.

Silvikrin hairspray would give a better finish if that helps and will hold the shine longer.
