    I done it as my car seemed to be hunting on tickover but it made no difference to that however it does seem to pull better now.

    i think im gonna try this on mine as im getting strange boost readings lately, gotta be worth a try before i buy a new actuator!

    actually i spose u cud test it with a multimeter, test the resistance between the earths on the plugs for the MAP sensor etc. and the earth on the battery to see if theres any unwanted resistance......

    i tried to find this wire yestaday and stripped the loom down the whole of that side and couldnt find the wire, anyone got a picture of this wire when the loom is stripped?

    Its deffo in there - on mine it was at the bottom of all the wires - was only 1 with a few wires going into some black heatshrink.

    i found 4 brown small wires going into a black heatsink, i striped it down and it was 2 wires one side then a metal bit then 2 wires the other side. not sure is that was the right one though thats why id like a picture to be sure thats all.

    this is a must i would say - in my case it stopped the rogue fault codes triggering and stopped the TC light coming on at random times

    obviously u may not notice any improvements but its a proven mod and definitely worth investigating

    i have heard however, that later models had a different crimp in place and dont need the mod - what classes as later models tho is up for debate - only took me half hour at most so defo worth a shot
