    Employment Tribunal

    Just had a 3 hour 40 meeting from my old company
    the meeting could not of gone any better for my self if i had set it up
    I have a water tight case with them for not paying me and under paying me
    my rate of pay
    all letters they said i did not hand in was scaned onto my File by a old hr

    i have been asking for pay problems to be fixed since Feb 26th
    I was made redundant at the end of april over it
    now lets see what they offfer
    I dont want my old job back with this company as i dont ever want to work for them again

    the guy that did this will get sacked he was sent home 3hours after the meeting

    out of interest danny were you not paid your dinners or something? reason i ask is the other lad that worked at our place was made redundant so now i have to work 8-5 and cant leave the premisis as there would be no one here if im having my dinner and a customer comes in then i have to stop and i get doced 1hr a day for breaks i officially dont get! i havent taken it up with them as the way they are i would be in the same boat as you.

    I did not get stopped my meal brake under T&C for the first 8 hours
    I did get a brake but if i had to deal with a problem i had to deal with the problem first then finish my brake
    I used to work smart
    take a brake at around 10am to 11am an i would get paid for it
    9 out of 10 times i would not get called back into work but if i did it was no problem
    as i could eat when out in the van or some thing let me put my union hat on back in 5 mins

    A worker is entitled to a minimum of 20 minutes break,
    away from his working post,
    if he/she works more than 6 hours

    yeah thats the bit ive been thinking of using but at the same time dont fancy loosing my job as i need it at the moment lol, considering leaving and then going to a tribunal though

    Get them danny, I did this last month and was told after getting all the way there that I submited my paper work 24hrs late and they chucked it out.... Gutted.

    i went through a tribunal for unfair dismissal back in 2008. was accussed of stealing after a fall-out, and lets just say the tribunal went in my favour and my ex-emplopyer was prosecuted for wasting police time.

    anyone needs any help then give me a shout, I ended up being the one giving the advice when it got to tribunal and references were made to employment law, I'd read up that much about it
