    MK5 Horn CIM Problem

Hi, I have just got back from my local vx to have the cim replaced under warranty because of the common fault with the horn not working.

I have just got home and discovered that my main key does not work any more and the immobiliser light is flashing on the dash.
I gave them my spare when i left the car with them as it is a cheaper key, that works well but the main flip one now does not. Will it need re-programming?

    Thanks

ah okok, I will call them tomorrow, how long should it take as they needed me to leave the car with them for a day today which meant a whole day off work, I don't fancy doing that again, I don't get loads of annual leave at work!

    Perfect, thanks mate.
I am so glad I got it done under warranty. I never usually watch watchdog, glad I did.
