    Boost / volt meters gauge wiring

    Hello all,

    Can somebody in the know please check ive got this right?


    4 wires off boost gauge - Red, black, green, yellow

    Red (ignition +) - Goes to black wire on ciggy lighter
    Black (-) - Goes to brown wire on ciggy lighter
    Green - Goes to boost sensor
    Yellow (dimmer) - Goes to grey and yellow on ciggy lighter bulb

    3 wires off Boost sensor - red, black, white

    Red (ignition +) - Goes to black wire on ciggy lighter
    Black (-) - Goes to brown wire on ciggy lighterWhite - Connects to the green on the boost gauge


    Volt meter also to go in has red, black and yellow

    Red (ignition +) - Goes to black wire on ciggy lighter
    Black (-) - Goes to brown wire on ciggy lighter
    Yellow (dimmer) - Goes to grey and yellow on ciggy lighter bulb


    Dont want to scotchlok them so any other suggestions. Is there a multi joiner spade connectors?

    If thats what the wiring diagrams tell you the wires should be connected to then yes you have the correct wires on the car

    Do you think i should spade (or bullet) connector the wires on the back of the boost gauges to make life easier?

    i either use bullet connectors or just use 1 connector clamping the cables together with some tape round, never had a proble with my wiring yet and ive go lots of it!!

    Used spade connectors in the end, soldered the wires to the spades and its all up and running. Quite happy!
