Theres a couple of clips under the lights which may have been broken with removal, this is a common problem with astras with them breaking just during normal use. They may just require pushing back up tho.

There isnt anything broken, mine does the same. I ve taken it off 3 times for various things and it still doesnt sit right. I just got used to it, but if I had the time I would sort it out. It just needs adjusting, perhaps get an assistant to hold it in place while you do up the bolts behind the wing.

i think you just havnt pushed the sides in properly, stand at the side of the bumper, lift the bumper snug, and push below the headlight untill you hear a nice clip!
