    60mm Rock Hard?

    Does anybody know of any suspension that i can buy for the mk4 coupe. its a 1.8 with 18's.

    They are 225/35/18

    would ideally wanna drop it about 60mm however its gotta be rock hard as im in need of some slimfast in a big way

    Coilovers are your best bet.

    depends what you budget is mate.. a bought weitec coilys for mine and short change from £500.
    Here folk talking about these raceland coilovers but a say you buy cheap,you get cheap... weitec springs are green colour..lol..mine were sprayed black..vvveerryy quickly lol..

    Although i would advise springs as the handling from the coilovers isnt the best on windy country roads..better suited for track action.

    You will get away with 40/40 springs running they tyre sizes

    that sounds more interesting to me, wanted it to look mega low but i guess practicality would be alot better! still trying to get a few things sorted on it but left it to late for PVS.

    Had my old astra on the VBOC stand in 2007.

    Pi used to do a 60mm kit, but I cant find a part number anymore.
    I had them before and thought they where quite good.
    Only thing I would say is replace the shocks at the same time, it will help stiffen up the ride abit. Plus they do say you should change the shocks to shorter upgrated ones if your lowering by 60mm
