snow foaming - Just for fun?

Hi, just woundering what the results are like from snow foaming?
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0S7X0...eature=related
Sure it looks fun to do but is it actually a worthwhile step of car cleaning or simply just for fun?

Is it like a prep to washing?

    Cheers

    Worthwhile.

The snow foam consists of snow foam and something like Maxi Suds II. It soaks into the dirt and when you rinse it off alot of the dirt etc is removed and the stubborn stuff is loosened.

the karcher lance is hopeless mate, no adjustable pressure. the one in your second link is the right one, but over-priced. Try this one: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/HD-Brass-Snow-...8#ht_500wt_928,

    or get one from cleanyourcar
