    The vectra :D

Detailed the vectra couple of weeks back,
First time i have done the vectra, and bliming heck its hugeee

End Result is this (pictures pants as its darkkkk)

    The Things i used:

I started with a soak in a mix of Chemical Guys Maxi Sudds II and Auto Rae Chem Snow Foam.

Then Washed With Zaino Auto Bathe Shampoo.

Clayed using Sonus Green Clay, and Sonus Glyde Lube.

    Another wash with the Zaino.

Then i Machine Polished Using a G220 with 3M Fast Cut Plus, and 3M Ultrafina (with 3M Pads).

Finally i hand applied Pete's 53 Carnuba Wax and Microfibre clothed it off.

Then the lil bits, The windows were done with a mix of Ultrafina (machined) and Rainx Foaming cleaner. And the Shiny bits with Megs NXT Polish.

Im pretty happy with the result, but the level of scratches was horrendous, the Front bumper and rear bumper have been resprayed to an appaling standard. Unsure what to do as of yet!!!!

    Picssss:

    Pics in the day lol

    Ta da!

Also had the windows Tinted :

    Vectra SRi 1.9 CDTi (150).
Tinted Windows, Richbrook Gear Knob & Tax Disc Holder.
    Flip down sunglasses Holder.
6000K HID's, Chilled Glovebox, CD70 Navi, Debadged, Samco Hoses.

Doing so many miles it had to be a derv, the Astra's were just too overpriced IMO. The vectra came up at a good price so i had it!

It just eats the miles up though. And when im carrying heavier things, and multiple people its very comfortable for everyone as well,

    Win win basically lol

Only if you dont do something correctly lol.

I put them on the wrong way i think (the wiring on the Vectra isnt the same type of plug as on the MK4's) and now they aint working. Plus i need canbus cancelling ones anyway as i have dashboard light warnings and warnings on the sat nav screen.

Its not a major problem tbh, i have had them ages, they may work, the vectra however killed the power to them. bi odd..
