did you have to modify the inlet for this? did it throw an emissions fit?

Oversized throttle bodies increase throttle response for the first 1/4 of travel (after which its very insensitive) this makes the car feel faster but its nothing more than perception. Tuners do the same thing by increasing the throttle response to pedal position electronically on the zlet. The net result is no increase in power but it feels like you got something for your money.
You can acheive the same effect for nothing by just stamping your foot to the floor evertime you want to accelerate...simple.

got the throtte body from gman was 220 and with an exchange for ur old one but he only got 5 then after that u can only get them from courtenay, regal and lmf. they just bolt on same as ur old one no probs.

and i can see why stampin ur foot on throttle the same mine m8. when i had the standard one on i had a slight delay normally when i stamp on the throttle now its just instant but ver got there own thoughts

hope this helps ppl to deside tom

Unless the original throttle body is restrictive there is nothing to be gained by fitting a larger one, in fact you can loose power. The std body is used on 500bhp+ engines....its not retrictive. People are free to waste their money how they want but you can be sure that is what your doing.
